Two major Internet service providers, Verizon and Google, are working on an agreement allowing Verizon to expedite certain online contents considering that the contents’ creators will pay extra for the given privilege.

Youtube, for one, as owned by Google, can pay such additional charges ensuring high priority when it comes to its contents reaching to consumers. This is to say that the agreement can potentially increase costs for Internet users.
